Representative Doogan moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                      
withdraw the following:                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 122                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the advisory vote on employment benefits for                                                            
    same-sex partners of public employees and same-sex partners of                                                              
    public employee retirees; and providing for an effective date."                                                            
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, HB 122 was withdrawn.
